Class Etiquette & Guidelines
At Kaizen Pilates, we value focus, respect, and an optimal experience for everyone. Please follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth and effective session.

Before Class:
✔ Arrive 5-10 minutes early – Late arrivals may not be admitted.
✔ Wear grip socks – Required for hygiene and safety.
✔ Dress appropriately – Fitted activewear is recommended.
✔ Avoid heavy meals – Eat at least 1-2 hours before class.
✔ Keep perfumes minimal – Respect others with scent sensitivities.
✔ Stay hydrated – Drink water before class to stay energized.

During Class:
✔ Follow instructor guidance – Proper form is key to results.
✔ Phones on silent – No distractions during class.
✔ Be mindful of others – Keep conversations low before class starts.
✔ Use equipment with care – If unsure, ask your instructor for help.
✔ Respect personal space – Keep a comfortable distance from others.

Stepping Out During Class:
If you must leave mid-class, please follow these steps:
✅ Notify the instructor before class if you anticipate stepping out.
✅ Exit quietly between exercises, not during active movements.
✅ Re-enter at a transition point to avoid disrupting others.
✅ For emergencies, leave immediately and signal the instructor subtly if possible.
